The following are the Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises guests booked through the India Representative, TIRUN Travel Marketing.
How do I make a reservation?
A deposit must be made in order to reserve a stateroom and receive a written confirmation.
Deposit payable on confirmations of booking is as follows:

| 1 to 5 Nights | US$ 100.00 |
| 6 to 8 Nights | US$ 250.00 |
| 9+ Nights | US$ 450.00 |
Final payment of the balance must be received at our office at least 60 days prior to the sailing date for the cruise.
Note: “Holiday” sailings (sailings over Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year), require final payment 90 days prior to the sailing date for the cruise.
How do I pay?
A choice of 3 payment options including:
1. Payment in Indian Rupees at the prevalent rate of exchange. The Cheque/D.D. should be made payable to “TIRUN Travel Marketing”.
2. Payment in US Dollars can be made as per RBI guidelines, by Cash, Travellers Cheque, or Electronic Wire Transfer (service charge @0.75% applicable).
3. Payment by credit card – American Express, Diners, Mastercard & Visa
If I have to cancel my cruise vacation, will I receive a refund?
You will receive a refund if you notify us in writing 60 days prior to sailing date (70 days for cruisetours and 90 days for Holiday Sailings).
The cancellation date applies from the date your written notice of cancellation is received in our office. No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your cruise or if you interrupt or cancel your vacation once it has begun.

* Cancellation terms are subject to change without prior notice.
* Refunds will be in Indian Rupees, payable by cheque, and, subject to rate of exchange, as applicable.
